老早前看过的电影，而且还看了不止一遍。但是一直没意识到唐娜是凯特贝金赛尔演的，学霸在废旧仓库被校霸欺负就是觉得看着眼熟。今天偶一发现就给加上了看过，电影实在很一般。估计当时比较成功的原因可能是新颖的创意，但是要传达的东西还是有关家庭生命啥的，还很套路

such a beautiful movie in its own right. magically, first time feel right to have a movie in black and white. often thought childhood is the most carefree period and forgot it's also almost the most sensitive time, compelled to take in the turbulences from surrounding environments, and struggled to cope as much as adults, so not really an easy time in retrospect. this movie covers this topic with such tenderness and well crafted structure, nicely done
